• Oct 2000: Establishment of Radiantheat Maldives Pvt Ltd at H. Ranvillaage, Male’, Maldives by Mr. Abdulla Sobah Ibrahim and Mr. Hussain Nizar

• May 2001: Moved to a new office/showroom at H. Nooranmaage, Male’, Maldives.

• Dec 2001: Opened an outlet named “RML Showroom” to display commercial kitchen appliances at H. Leema, Majeedhee Magu, Male’, Maldives.

• Mar 2002: Commencement of the initial setup towards establishing Radiantheat Travels by acquiring a 55 ft tourist safari boat named “Celeste”.

• Apr 2002: Surfing day tours in association with Paradise Island Resort was started with OM Tours, Tokyo guests.

• Jun 2002: Due to increase in number of administrative staff, a new administrative office at M. Uniya, Fareedhee Magu, Male’ was opened.

• Mar 2003: Building work for a 90ft tourist yacht was started on the island K. Himmafushi.

• Oct 2003: An outlet named RML Electric was opened. RML Electric was the distributor was GE Lighting.

• Nov 2003: Radiantheat Marine Transport was started with three 19 passengers (each) speed boats with objective to transfer passengers between islands of Maldives.

• Dec 2003: Launching of the 90ft tourist yacht and the yacht was named “HANDHU” which means moon in local language Dhivehi.

• May 2004: Building work for a 78ft tourist yacht was started on the island K. Himmafushi.

• Dec 2004: On 26th December 2004 tsunami occurs which was the most devastating incident in the recent Maldives history.

• Jan 2005: Launching of the 78ft tourist yacht and the yacht was named “HANDHUFALHI” which means crescent moon in local language Dhivehi.

• Feb 2005: Changed the administrative head quarters to M. Loobiyaa, Ameenee Magu, Male’.

• Aug 2007: Kitchen Smile operation was started by opening 2 outlets in Male’ to retail domestic kitchen appliances and kitchen ware.

• Jun 2008: Radiantheat Waters Pvt Ltd was established and outlet named WATERS was opened to distribute various kinds of water related products.
